N-Dubz feel Black Eyed Peas are the only band that can compare to them.

The 'Best Behaviour' group are about to embark on a campaign to break the US market, and hope to replicate the success of Black Eyed Peas - who are one of the America's biggest bands, and dominated the airwaves in 2008 with their tracks 'Boom Boom Pow' and 'I Gotta Feeling' which spent a combined six months at the top of the US singles charts, and were huge hits worldwide.

Rapper Dappy said: "The only band that's close to us right now is the Black Eyed Peas, that's the only band that get anywhere near us, in comparison."

He also said the band's next single will show other acts the way forward when it comes to the future of pop music.

He added: "On our next single, it's called 'Girls', it gives a complete female perspective and a male perspective.

"The new generation right now, this is what they're going to like, this type of written content between a girl perspective and a male perspective. You'll properly see how N-Dubz work on this."

Despite wanting to emulate Black Eyed Peas success, Tulisa - who sings in the band alongside Dappy and producer Fazer - said although their girl and two boys line-up is similar to Black Eyed Peas, their music is entirely different.

Tulisa said: "Just because it's the only other girl/boy band that have debates throughout their music, that's the only similarity. People are bound to label us like them, because they don't like things that are new to them. Every time they see something that's new to them they have to say 'that's like this' or it's like something else, they can't just accept it's different and new."

N-Dubz latest single 'Best Behaviour' is out now.
