The entire Edinburgh Corn Exchange will be host to this massive new festival about all things guitar and music. We have a huge number of international and local guitarists/bands playing as well as a large seminar series. Our Exhibition will have Internationally acclaimed companies as well as demos, masterclasses and lots of free concerts during the day. The concert programme starts at 5.30pm early bird and goes through to 11pm at night.
Number one hit artist Sandi Thom is playing a gig on the Saturday night and former Runrig singer Donnie Munro and band will be leading support including Bags of Rock for our finale gig on the Monday night bringing the curtain down on an explosive four days!
A charity walk each morning for Nordoff-Robbins Scotland Music Therapy. Our "Guitar On The Green" extends the festival to the outside on the adjacent land filled with bands, show rides and community stalls.
An opening launch party is also taking place on Friday the 24th of May.
