Critically acclaimed experimental electro folk act Guillemots have been confirmed as Saturday headliners at the Ramsbottom Music Festival, the North Wests newest boutique event, joining indie rockers Young Knives and Bellowheads Sam Sweeny as confirmed acts to play the event.

The new additions are set to join a host of other acts including indie rock quintet Cherry Ghost, Manchesters own Badly Drawn Boy, The Waterboys, sixties veterans The Animals and Stax Records and Booker T and the MGs Steve Cropper.

The festival also boasts an impressive array of blues, folk and roots acts with Capercaille, Mike McGoldrick, and Kristy Almeida and the Troubadours also confirmed for a day of guitar strumming and bluesy melodies.
