Fine Food, Music and Merriment at the Historic Tower this Weekend

CRAFTY VINTAGE are set to bring a fantastic selection of chefs, creators, makers and collectors to Hoghton Tower near Preston this weekend.

From Saturday 12th of August to Sunday 13th of August 2017, a selection of traders from around the UK will be offering a refined selection of vintage, craft, and upcycled goodies.

Shoppers will be spoilt for choice at this hugely popular event. The Tower and its grounds will be home to some mouth-watering eats including The Green Canteen who will be serving up the finest vegan and vegetarian food using locally sourced ingredients whilst Pies the Limit will be providing visitors the opportunity to try the true taste of traditional pie and peas.

Fizz and Flute pop up cocktail bar will be serving up mouthwatering cocktails, accompanied by resident DJ?s who will be spinning vinyl records.

Well known music promoter Craig Priestly has arranged an epic line up entertainment on the main stage with a mix of vocalists and acoustic sets.

Crafty Vintage Event Director, Dan Johnson said ?Our traders shall be presenting a great experience for the whole family. As well as live music we also have creative workshops and magic shows throughout the weekend. It?s a great place to bring the whole family and meet up with your friends?.

The Gin Ginnery will be arriving with a fresh batch of homemade gin whilst Babs Bar a T2 VW campervan will be serving a range of the finest craft ales from Bowland Brewery and Hopstar Brewery.

Last year the event attracted thousands of people so as well extra free parking the number 152 bus will be passing by the gates of Hoghton Tower from Burnley, Blackburn and Preston all weekend.

Classic car owners are invited to bring their beauties for display and admission will be free.
