Boombastic 90s returns for Christmas special at The Picturedrome

After a successful sold out launch night at The Picturedrome, brand new 90s nostalgia night Boombastic 90s returns for a Christmas edition on Friday December 5.

A spokesman said: ?A night to celebrate the decade that brought you The Spice Girls, Gameboys, and Jet from the Gladiators, Boombastic 90?s is a new collaboration between former Auntie Ruths resident DJ John Donaghue and Anthony Antell, co-founder of award winning local clubnight, The Shakedown.

?Tickets for the launch night in October sold out well before the event and the high level of demand has led to the duo organising a Christmas Special at The Picturedrome in Northampton,? he added.

?Half of the tickets for the December event have gone in the first 10 days of sale.

?The venue will play host to two rooms of music, Once again, The Picturedrome will play host to two rooms of great music - the Main room will have the biggest hits of 1990-1999 with only the finest Girl Power, Boy Bands, Brit Pop and Big Beats, with the Front Bar having the best of 90s britpop and indie.

?Dress code is to Get festive, wear your finest 90s gear or come as you are and shake it,? he added.
