Remzcore is a die-hard music lover, who hails from Nancy, France. From an early age, he came in touch Hardcore when he got his hands on Thunderdome’s ‘best of 1996’ CD. Instantly grabbing his attention, the fast-paced energy of the music inspired Rémi to further explore the movement. In 2005 Remzcore began making mixtapes for his friends and by the time 2009 arrived he had scored his first gig. In 2011, Rémi took the plunge and entered the ‘This is Hardcore’ contest. To his surprise he won the competition with a remix for The Sickest Squad and this evidently marked the start of a promising career.
Starting his career under the Brutal Jesters duo alias, Rémi released music on world-renowned platforms such as Masters of Hardcore and Peacock Records. In 2016, a decision arose and Rémi continued his career alone and relaunched himself under the Remzcore alias.
With Remzcore standing for high-tempo energy, the Frenchman’s sound was originally classed as Frenchcore, however in recent times, he’s been expanding and experimenting – leading him towards the direction of Early Hardcore and Raggatek.
Remzcore has collaborated with industry heavyweights such as Dr Peacock and Le Bask, as well as performing throughout Europe at the most significant Hardcore events such as Dominator, Q-Base, Masters of Hardcore, BKJN vs Partyraiser and Vive La Frenchcore.
