It's been a particularly busy week here at Skiddle, as you might expect... 

The 'roadmap out of lockdown' set out by the prime minister on Monday (22nd February 2021), suggests that we should all see a to return normality by mid-June this year. Hallelujah.

That means the return of our beloved live music; the return of gigs, club nights, warehouse raves and festivals. All that we have so desperately yearned for over the past twelve months should be back with us before the summer is out. 

Upon the announcement of that especially excellent news on that momentous Monday, we saw a huge amount of activity and traffic on the Skiddle website, with hundreds of events popping up and tickets flying out faster than they could be added! 

Below you can find a handful of some of the many quality events recently added to Skiddle, set to take place throughout the coming months. Be warned - tickets for almost all of these events are selling out incredibly fast! We recommend getting yours today to avoid missing out.

 

  

PierJam Blackpool

When: Saturday 18th September 2021

Where: Blackpool North Pier in Blackpool

PierJam is back!

Regarded as one of the best daytime parties on the west coast, it's a favourite amongst raving revellers from across the North of England.

Returning for one day only this year, fans can expect PierJam's best edition to date with organisers already pulling out all the stops to secure some huge, heavy-hitting names - the likes of UK chart-smashing drum n bass legends - Chase & Status, and garage legend - DJ EZ.

BeachJam

When: Saturday 31st July 2021

Where: Majuba Beach in Redcar

Lineup: Sonny Fodera, Hannah Wants, Joel Corry, Low Steppa, Biscits

Another huge dance event at another iconic coastal venue - BeachJam 2021 has some big plans in store for it's long-awaited comeback event this July.

Established by the organisers of PierJam, the daytime party, situated on the North East coast of England, is set to welcome some of the biggest names in the UK's house and bass scenes alongside a host of renowned, local dance brands and promoters.

Amongst the headliners of the event are the likes of chart-topper Joel Corry, revered DJ Sonny Fodera and one of electronic musics brightest talents - Hannah Wants.

Parked Out

When: Saturday 21st August 2021

Where: The Old Post Office in Barnsley

Lineup: Holy Goof, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Tom Zanetti, Skepsis, Jamie Duggan

More than 90% of tickets for Parked Out's 2021 comeback event have already been sold - and it's not hard to see why...

Carrying over the same lineup from 2020's cancelled instalment, those lucky enough to get their hands on some tickets for this sought after event can expect to see a plethora of high-energy performances from some of the best in the UK's dance music scene. 

Appearing across three dance arenas, each featuring some the festivals biggest and best production to date, the likes of bass protagonist Holy goof, house specialist Jamie Duggan and British bassline and garage collective - Bad Boy Chiller Crew, are all set to entertain the masses.

Once again taking residence of the Old Post Office in Barnsley, the festival site will also include a range food and drink stalls and a selection of dizzying fairground attractions.

On The Beach w/Chase & Status

Join 5,000 junglist's this July for what will surely be one of, if not the biggest mega raves held on Brighton Beach this year.

Another huge event set by the the sea, On The Beach is due to return once more in 2021 following last years forced cancellation.

Locking down a bill of artists to be the envy of all other boutique festivals in the south, organisers Worried About Henry and Break Science are super stoked to present performances from a selection of the UK's finest drum n bass selectors and producers, including Chase & Status, SASASAS, bou and renowned collective - Kings of the Rollers.

LAB11 Reopening Weekend

When: Friday 25th - Sunday 27th June 2021

Where: LAB11 in Birmingham

Lineup: Joe Hunt & friends, Afta Bass, TRMNL, Glas, Magic Door...

Popular Birmingham nightclub, LAB11 has announced it will celebrate the reopening of its doors with a jam-packed, extended weekend of events, boasting 30 hours of live dance music.

Showcasing some of Birminghams finest DJ talents and most highly-regarded club brands, punters can expect to hear a diverse range of styles and genres performed throughout each event - from house and techno to hip-hop and drum n bass.

Reminisce Festival

A celebration of the very best in classic dance music, Reminisce Festival is one of the biggest one-day dance events in the calendar with up to 20,000 old skool dance fans expected to make the pilgrimage to Sherdley Park in St Helens this year. 

Delivering hundreds of world class performances, across six big top arenas, from some of the longest standing and most recognised names in house, trance, old skool and hardcore, the festivals faithful fan following can this year expect to be blown away by the likes of Swedish dance sensation Basshunter, global superstar DJ and radio host Judge Jules, and old skool selector, Seb Fontaine.

Made in Leeds Festival

Promising to return to Leeds stronger than ever before, the organisers behind the widely adored Made in Leeds festival are poised to announce the headliners for this years long-awaited return event at any given moment. 

Carefully curated by a handful of the city's most respected clubbing brands and DJ names - the likes of Sleepin' is Cheatin', K.O KANE and Tom Zanetti - the so far secret programme of artists is guaranteed to have all our jaws hitting the floor.

Heading to the South Leeds Stadium for the first time in 2021, flaunting a much bigger capacity, we fully expect this years Made in Festival to go off!

Creation - Tank Sheffield - Official 2nd Weekend Opening Parties

One of Sheffields finest nightclubs and a regular for the city's student base, underground music space Tank has announced a second weekend of opening events, following a sold out run for the first opening weekend of events.

Hosting three nights of the very best in drum n bass and bass music from the Creation resident DJ's, each of the events will also see appearances and performances from some yet to be announced, special guests.

Hit & Run: Return of the Rave

Set to be one of the first, restriction free parties to rock the UK, Return of the Rave see's Manchester-based, bass music club brand - Hit & Run, bringing the ruckus and the energy back to the city this June.

Amongst the headliners already confirmed for this weekend-initiating party are some of the most respected names in the underground bass scene - the likes of local MC and producer Chimpo, Drum n bass don Breakage, sub enthusiast Commodo, Fox and many more.

Boombox Circus returns to the Beaver Works in Leeds on June 26th to fulfil its party throwing destiny, following last years cancelled event.

Disregarding the woes of 2020 and looking to the future, the club brand are back at it, pledging to provide partygoers with their biggest and most outrageous party to date this summer.

Ticket holders will be experience eight different areas chock full of festival vibes, boasting impressive production and a remarkable lineup of headline acts and local artists - including drum n bass pioneer Nicky Blackmarket and 'King of Clubs' Dave Beer.
