Just last week we were waxing lyrical about mUmU's Halloween spectacular, which as it turned out was every bit as special as we'd hoped, with Chez Damier, Clive Henry and Gregor Tresher all throwing down sublime sets showcasing the finest in deep house through to techno.
This time taking over The Magnet on Saturday 6th December, mUmU unleash another all nighter with club night favourite Ryan Elliott returning. Those that saw him and Marcel Dettmann at mUmU back in May will already be pumped for this one.
The Detroit born DJ and producer has often been called 'A DJ's DJ' by his peers, which is easy to respect seeing as he's carved a reputation for having supreme command of the art of DJing. His ability to deliver the 'right track at the right time, and in the right way' is without question. See above for evidence.
Based in Berlin since 2009, Elliott has now conquered two of the biggest techno cities on the globe. His sound falls somewhere in between the depths of cerebral deep house and towering forthright techno, but its his ability to weave a journey with his selections that has made him a key member in the techno community, and that's before we get onto his output on the hallowed Ostgut Ton imprint.
mUmU mainstay Lee Rands joins him for the December rave up. Head here for your mUmU tickets.
