We are now looking for a new team member to join us at our office in Preston, Lancashire, working 5 days per week (4 weekdays & every Saturday)

This is a customer focused role where you will be required to answer incoming calls, process orders and deal with enquiries about our events, hotels and restaurant services. You must have an excellent telephone etiquette and be able to remain confident and professional whilst speaking with customers who call us to buy tickets or amend previous orders.

You will also be required to respond to customers using our online support system. As such we expect a high standard of use of the English language and a good understanding of the internet.

As a secondary role within the company you will be assisting the event team in promoting and updating event data across Skiddle including moderating listings and updating event information..

Salary from £12,000 pa. Career progression to our Account Management team is available after 12 months.

Necessary Skills
Must have at least 1 years Experience in a Customer Focused Environment
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
Good use of the English Language
A good understanding of the Internet and Email Use
Professional Telephone Manner
Ability to work as a team on fast paced projects.
It is also desired that the applicant would have 5 GCSE's or equivelant at grade C or above. Full training will be given in all of our in house systems.
