Weiss 'Freedom Of The DJ' Documentary

Blu have been indulging us with some top documentary videos titled 'Freedom Of The DJ' over the past few months. The insightful eight-part series delves deeper into the history, evolution and lifestyle of the DJ. From Liverpool's early club scene and its promoters, to the iconic London clubs that have been and gone - they've been shining a light on some of the most imperative parts of club culture.

For the fifth edition we get up close and personal with Toolroom Records signed Weiss for 'Studio to Club' (watch below). We follow the Brit as he talks us through his creative process and how he gets to grips with making a new track. 

We get an exclusive sneak peak into his studio as he puts the finishing touches on a brand new track. Weiss is considered to be an ambassador of true house, something that reflects in his production process shown in the vid. 

Weiss goes onto play at one of London's hottest clubs for a Toolroom Records event as he tries out his new track to a boisterous crowd, just the way it was designed to be heard and we get to see first hand the reaction as he drops the track for the first time.
