Made together with childhood friends Frederic Gmeiner and Sebastian Singwald, celebrated composer Nils Frahm (all three pictured below) will unleash full length album 'The Gamble' under the moniker nonkeen via iconic Belgian label R&S on February 5th.

Compiled from tapes stretching across a decade of performances, nonkeen's original tracks were captured on four track tape recorders connected to primitive vocal microphones, and completed largely devoid of overdubbing or pre-planning. What started as live improvisations slowly took on a more serious and distinct direction, whilst maintaining their minimalistic recording setup.
After years of revisits and the process of natural evolution, the trio reached a point where nothing needed to be altered, and R&S swiftly signed the record up. Expect to hear clips in the coming weeks. Head here for more on Nils Frahm.
