M19 Bar in Levenshulme to host UK's only Bob Dylan Festival

The 2012 Levenshulme Festival in South Manchester has once again been selected to host the UKs only Dylanfest weekend on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 November in the first floor concert room of M19 Bar & Venue.

Levenshulme Festival to stage UKs only Annual Dylanfest

The Live Music festival which pays tributes to the legend that is Bob Dylan has attracted acts and fans from all over the world since it first started in 2008. The festival is one of only seven Bob Dylan Festivals around the globe, the other events are held in California and Michigan in America, Berlin in Germany, Melbourne in Australia, Moville in Ireland and North Italy. Lawrence Hennigan from the festival said The Dylanfest since it first started has been a phenomenal successand seems to grow every year in profile. It is great to have such a prestigious event taking place during the Levenshulme Festival. One of the main reasons for its success is the fact that we subsidise the tickets and sell them at just £3 in advance, we get fans coming from all over Europe and one year, we even had a fan from Australia.
