Friday 30th and Saturday 31st January 2026 will mark the reopening of one of Manchester's historic club spaces. Returning to the city with a new 500-capacity venue, Sankeys will be hosting two separate nights, followed by Sankeys Saturdays, which will be held after the launch on Saturday, 7th February 2026.
Designed to capture the raw underground energy that made Sankeys one of the most iconic club brands in the world, the rebrand will enforce a "no VIP, no phones on the dancefloor" policy, while bringing back its iconic LED "matrix grid" installation for a "basement-style feel".
A legacy built in Manchester and celebrated across the world, Sankeys has been known for discovering and breaking new talent and will continue to stay true to its heritage as a breeding ground for the next generation of electronic music pioneers.
Ready to carry the torch forward, championing the finest emerging underground house, tech-house, and techno artists, Creative Director, David Vincent said, "What we’re creating is an intimate underground club with a chill out room. We will only be open one night a week on the Saturday. There will be no VIP or phones allowed on the dancefloor — everyone is a VIP. People need to stop taking pictures and start dancing to the beat."
Tickets will go on sale this Friday, 28th November at 9:00 AM. However, for more information, head to the Sankeys website.
