Kendrick Lamar, also known as K-Dot's most recent album, 'GNX', has been crowned the most-streamed rap album on Spotify in 2025, earning 2.98 billion streams, outperforming the next closest album by nearly a billion.
The album currently stands as the frontrunner for the 2026 GRAMMY Awards, where Kendrick leads all nominees with nine nods, including Album of the Year and Best Rap Album.
'GNX' surpassed the 2.16 billion streams of Playboi Carti’s MUSIC, as well as Tyler, the Creator’s CHROMAKOPIA with 1.66 billion streams, and Kanye West’s Graduation at 1.50 billion streams.
'GNX' dropped in November 2024 and has been named as one of Lamar's best releases to date. With it going to the Billboard 200 it was also Kendrick's first marked Lamar’s first release outside of TDE.
