Since becoming the first man to hold the title, Dickie Divers made sure the division hit the ground running from the start. With his fast pace and innovative style, the cheeky and charming champion has become one of the most loved and most popular champions in the country. Hes not only became a very successful young man throughout his time as champion, but crafted the division with pride, dignity and honour.

His daredevil style, unmatched tenacity and ability to take his opponents to the mat as well as fly through the air makes him a very hard man to beat and his attitude and dedication has made him a very reputable and popular champion.

When Divers made his open challenge back in December, Jackie Polo instantly picked up the phone and accepted. But he had one condition; Divers put the title on the line!

Aside from being an excellent, highly skilled wrestler, Polo has set himself a very personal mission; he wants to cleanse Scottish wrestling. Erase anything and everything he deems unfit and unsuitable, and as a highly educated rich kid, there arent many he doesnt see as completely beneath him!

A sophisticated, higher class snob, Polo has always been able to splash out and make sure he has the best of everything and after spending a lot (and we mean a lot!) of money on the best fitness routine, personal trainers, education and wrestling coaching seven days a week it irks him to see a working class hero stand tall as the champion of Pride and he knows with Gen Dunbar cashing in his title shot on March 16th, that he can disrupt, confuse and re-write Pride in his image!

On February 2nd Jackie Polo will challenge Dickie Divers for the Pride Championship and with two highly skilled and very different opponents clashing, this wont just be a fantastic match, itll be a class war as a man who sees himself as better than the rest of us will tackle the working class hero in the heart of Whiteinch!

The event takes place on Saturday February 2nd 2013 at the Whiteinch Community Centre. Doors open at 2:30pm with the first match scheduled for 3pm. Entry to the event costs just £10 Adult, £8 child/concession and £25 for a family of four saver ticket!
