2012 has been another very successful & entertaining year for Funkademia. Now firmly established in the heart of the Northern Quarter and having recently celebrated 17 years under a groove we are Manchesters longest ever running weekly club night.

Saturday nights at the Mint Lounge have been fantastic throughout 2012 so hence we thought it only right to celebrate the dawn of a new year at our disco-home, Mint Lounge.

Our resident dj crew will be manning the decks in the main room with the very enigmatic prince of funk Trafford Lovething leading the proceedings with the Good for the Soul boys in support. In the Babyfunk room we will be putting on our sister night Northern Funk with DJ Myk Nolan taking charge in a discerningly soulful manner.
