Faithless to release digital 'Insomnia' EP to celebrate 30th anniversary

In celebration of their upcoming 30th anniversary this week, Faithless are set to release their digital 'Insomnia' EP along with a picture disc. Available for listening the day after the official 30th anniversary of its original release (Friday, 28th November), the digital EP will showcase a compilation of several classic 'Insomnia' mixes. 

Though the songs are not new, the digital EP will mark the first time the songs have been compiled in one place on streaming services, and will include the 'Monster Mix', 'Moody Mix' and 'Tuff Mix' – as well as the main mix and radio mix.

The picture disc will be a zoetrope vinyl edition of the EP will also be released on Friday as part of Record Store Day's Black Friday sale, which you can check on their website. The physical release will also replicate the original single's Cheeky Records artwork and tracklist from 1995. 

'Insomnia' has been hot in the music world this year, as earlier it saw the duo Disclosure drop their own remix, which was first made by the duo for their live sets, and debuted during their 2025 performance at Glastonbury.
