Since his passing on January 10, 2016, at the age of 69, David Bowie has left behind a legacy that continues to see fans engaging in his art no matter the generation. Now 10 years on, Bowie's historic Glastonbury band are set to reunite for a special charity event in Scotland.

Taking place from Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th November, the band will be heading to the luxurious Cameron House resort on Loch Lomond to host owie: Live on the Loch. In support of raising funds for or Save the Children, a charity Bowie famously supported, the two-day event will also mark 60 years since Bowie first performed in Scotland, when he appeared in Dundee in 1965 with his early band The Buzz.

Starting with a black-tie gala dinner created by Michelin-star chef Graeme Cheevers, the celebrations will be followed by band member Earl Slick’s Rock ’n’ Roll Guitar Auction, featuring rare, signed guitars donated by rock legends. Leading into Sunday, which will see a one-off performance from Earl Slick, Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati and Sterling Campbell, alongside special guests. The concert will also be woven with rare, never-before-seen film footage and a curated photography exhibition spread throughout the resort.

Bowie: Live on the Loch also comes after the immersive exhibition David Bowie: You’re Not Alone, open at Lightroom commencing from 22nd April in London.

With the money for Bowie: Live on the Loach to be raised through ticket sales, exclusive merchandise, live pledges, the global livestream and the high-stakes guitar auction, supporting Save the Children’s work providing education, healthcare and protection for children in the UK and worldwide.
