We've throwing the next of our 2013 round-ups to one of our most consistent promoters, Bitch. The Manchester based clubnight has had a great year, celebrating their seventh birthday and once again adding a euphoric zeal to the Mint Festival. They're duo to end the year a little earlier on Saturday 28th at Venus - head here for details on that.

We caught up with Ric Feingold for him to break down 2013 for Bitch...

How has 2013 been for you then overall?

2013 has been unreal, we thought we couldn’t top 2012 but somehow we managed it! With UK and European tours and the hugely successful Mint Festival plus our monthly events at Venus its been a year we won’t forget!

What highlights have you had?

We took Bitch to Ibiza for a week of absolute mayhem, we brought 2 of the hottest names in dance music to our arena at Mint Festival in Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Nervo, the Bitch arena at Mint Festival was packed from start to finish we still can’t get over how good that party was!! We packed Venus to the rafters month in month out and had our 7th birthday tour round the UK so all in all i would say its been a very good year for us :)

You’ve done a Spotify playlist for us, thanks! Explain the songs you’ve chosen and why?

No worries it was fun to put it together and relive some of the memories! We have chosen some huge tracks from artists we have had play for us and just some that we love. These tunes have rocked Bitch all over the UK and Europe we hope you enjoy them (listen below)

What other music have you been into this year?

In the office we try to keep the tracks a bit more chilled otherwise we will be having full on raves and getting no work done! No one can deny this huge impact of deep house and we are loving Disclosure and Rudimental also this year.

What have you got planned for Boxing Day/New Year?

Partying!! There' some serious events going on, and of course there is our end of year event on Saturday 28th December at Venus

And finally; any plans you can let slip for 2014?

Hmmm there's lots in the pipeline right now, I'll say the Mint Festival lineup is looking very good. The rest you will need to wait for; it'll be worth it!
