Beth McCarthy is a young, acoustic singer-songwriter from York who has been gigging with her acoustic guitar since mid 2010. Taking her influences from acoustic behemoths such as Ed Sheeran, Nizlopi, Taylor Swift and the lyrical stylings of The Script, her style has been described as acoustic pop with a slight 'country-esque twang'. Beth plays a mix of her own songs, some poignant, some catchy, all well-crafted, and cover versions in her own dynamic style.
