Skiddle: The UK's biggest guide to festivals

There's so many amazing festivals out there but it can be difficult to work out which festivals you're going to attend. There's so many things to take into consideration - the location of the festival, the size of the festival, the genre of music, whether it's family friendly and the type of facilities onsite.

Skiddle's new Festivals Finder is here to make the process that bit easier. Simply use the Festivals Finder's unique festival search, which include options allowing you to search for festivals based on filters such as location; month; genres; type; size; accommodation; amenities and even the artists you've liked on Facebook!

Some bands tap you on the shoulder, while others grab you by the throat. With their gritty guitars, driving bass lines, baritone vocals and rock-steady drums, Glasgow’s Tijuana Bibles very much belong to the latter camp.

Since finalising the bands line-up in late 2012, Tony Costello (vocals/guitar), Behn Cross (bass), James Brannigan (guitar) and Mikey Dornan (drums) have come bouncing out of the traps with their debut EP ‘Wild River’ which was released to critical acclaim in April 2013.

The band marked the occasion by playing a sold out showcase to The Glasgow Art School, just weeks after performing to a sold out King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.

2014 sees the band return to headline King Tuts as part of New Years Revolution Followed by a full UK tour in March/April as well as a host of festival appearances with the follow up to “Wild River” expected March 2014
