Born in Derbyshire and based in Nottingham, Josh Bruce has become an exciting addition to the grime and bassline scenes. Known by his moniker Bru-C, the talented MC has two albums, an EP and a litany of big-name collabs under his belt, with his journey being far from over.
Bru-C tickets began to crop up on wishlists after the release of his debut LP Original Sounds in 2019, with his eagerly awaited follow up Smile dropping at the tail-end of 2020. Since then, he has signed a contract with iconic label Def Jam Recordings in 2021, having cut his teeth as part of rising drum and bass collective Crucast.
