The word iconic is bandied around an awful lot when it comes to this sort of thing, but surely nowhere deserves the title more than The Warehouse in Leeds.

Going strong since 1979, The Warehouse has become an integral part of the Yorkshire city's thriving nightlife. Hosting such legendary acts as Sasha, Greg Wilson, LFO, Mike Pickering, The Stone Roses and Oasis over its 34 year existence, The Warehouse has introduced a whole new culture to the North of England, becoming an epicentre for underground music and cutting edge clubbing.

With the forthcoming program of activity being released recently, we take a quick look at some of the unmissable events taking place in the Leeds venue.

Tania Vulcano @ Space Ibiza

The 21st September sees Tania Vulcano, Bella Sarris, Jack Wickham and the Nest residents head up the eagerly anticipated Nest Ibiza Gathering, whilst the 28th September welcomes legendary DJs Justin Robertson and Dave Seaman as headliners of Shine’s 2nd Birthday.

DJ Sneak in the Mixmag DJ Lab

October the 5th features the self proclaimed house gangster DJ Sneak, house music purist Darius Syrossian, and Jaymo & George as part of the Moda Black night. An absolute essential for the house heads out there, Moda Black will hold an unrelenting, strictly dancefloor focused soiree of underground house music, with some of the biggest names on the scene soundtracking an unforgettable night of four to the floor goodness. Miguel Campbell, Robert James and Miguel Puente amongst others will be turning up to celebrate the 7th year of Outcross Records on the 12th of October, and drum ‘n’ bass, dubstep and bassline heroes Redlight, B.Traits and Dismantle will be putting the Leeds crowd through their paces on 19th October for the much loved Rave Digger night.

Roska Live on TRNSMT.TV

Mr Garage himself - DJ EZ will be getting the party into full swing on the 26th October when Selective Hearing and Abstract set up shop at Leeds Warehouse. Joining him will be one third of Magnetic Man: Artwork, UK Funky’s main man Roska, and Swamp 81 member Mickey Pearce back to back with Lobster Boy favourites New York Transit Authority, for a night fuelled by ridiculously low end bass lines and infectious grooves.

Toddla T, Shola Ama & Serocee in the Boiler Room

Man of the moment Toddla T will be bringing his sound system along with Shola Ama, Serocee & DRS, Benga, Mele and Amy Becker on the 23rd November, whilst Hot Flush head honcho Scuba is pencilled in for 30th November. He will be bringing along a posse of Hot Flush favourites, including George Fitzgerald, Paul Woolford, and Dense & Pika for a night showcasing the undoubted brilliance of the electronic imprint.

Rounding things off will be the arrival of Steve Lawler's widely acclaimed Viva Warriors. Darius Syrossian returns to The Warehouse for more intelligent house business, alongside Detlef and ofcourse the man himself Steve Lawler.
