With festivals growing and growing in popularity, there are so many more to buzz over compared to a decade or so ago. So it’s easier for the best festivals to slip past us unnoticed. To help you find the perfect festival for you, we gathered the best UK garage festivals here. Check them out and book your tickets below.
Let’s start off with a purely UKG festival, shall we? Champion of garage festivals, UK Garage By The Sea is a day fest by the team behind Southern Sunset Festival. The outdoor garage festival is set to welcome 5,000 ravers to its seaside setting this summer with some huge names from the scene on its lineup, like DJ Luck & MC Neat, Heartless Crew, Wideboys, and Oxide & Neutrino.
Going down at The Oval, the largest outdoor space in the area, there are plenty of transport connections nearby, and it’s just a short walk from Hastings mainline station with direct links to Brighton and London. Now in its fourth release, secure your tickets now to ensure you don’t miss out. Oh, and tickets are a proper bargain at just £30.
If you’re wanting more UKG, the Saturday at Electric Bay will be more your vibe. But if you’re happy to skank and bob along to drum and bass, house, and dub, why not go for the whole weekend? Going down in Torquay this summer, not only will you be treated to the hottest electronic sounds, but the sun is certain to be out, spreading positivity and joy down on ravers.
Craig David presents TS5 headlines the Saturday with Pendulum taking the reigns on Sunday. Girls Don’t Sync and Sammy Virji will also be showcasing some fine UKG on the Saturday. If you fancy a bit of this, secure your tickets below.
Multi-genre electronic fest Detonate has plenty of artists on its lineup to get UKG fans buzzing. Alongside the house, DnB, techno, and disco acts, there's Sammy Virji, Girls Don't Sync, Conducta and loads more delivering hot garage vibes. The fest boasts global street food, boat parties, cocktail bars, and fireworks to make the whole affair that bit more special.
Payment plan options are available to help spread the cost, but a fifth-release ticket is less than £60 for a full day of tunes by over 50 acts across seven stages. Bargain.
