Preview: W.A.R! Ibiza Closing Party with Mark Ronson & Zane Lowe

The dance music fuelled DJ led night has been taking over after the famous Ibiza Rocks stage with incredible results, making it one of the most sought after parties on the island. This Ibiza season has seen the likes of Example, Disclosure and Skream destroy the Ibiza Rocks Hotel crowd at the Balearic open air venue. Their farewell party on 20th September sees the We Are Rockstars crew invite an even more sparkling line up to end the season in style.

First up is Mark Ronson - a producer that has in recent times become a household name, with a string of stellar hits that have seen him time and again rise to the top of the UK charts. Tracks like Ooh Wee, his version of Valerie with the late Amy Winehouse, and Oh My God with Lily Allen meant by 2007 he was one of the biggest names in Pop music. His collaborative works have since continued to bring commercial success, providing some of the more intelligent pop hits to have hit the charts. The Brit Award winner is also an accomplished DJ, and he will be taking to the turntables at the W.A.R closing party. We can hardly wait!

Mark Ronson Live DJ Set

He'll be joined by the irrepressible New Zealander and perhaps the coolest man at Radio One - Zane Lowe. Since joining Radio One, Zane has been on a quest to bring new music of all genres to the public’s attention. Quickly becoming one of the most recognised presenters in the UK, Zane’s live shows are an enthusiastic, fast paced journey through classic tunes and cutting edge sounds that are bound together in his own unique style. His live shows are even more impressive than his radio show, making him the perfect person to see W.A.R! out in style.

Bondax - Baby I Got That

Elsewhere Bondax will be joining in on the farewell soiree. The two young Lancashire based producers are quickly becoming recognised as leading electronic music innovators after Radio One’s Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac championed their sound over the last couple of years. With tracks like 'Baby I Got That' and 'Gold' expanding on the garage and brainfeeder templates to create something quite unique, Bondax have successfully made their mark on the world of electronic music.

And finally DJing powerhouse Doorly will be on hand to add his staggering DJing skill into the mix for what promises to be one hell of a closing party.
