Seth Troxler & DJ Tennis announce new Ibiza restaurant & bar: Seth and Manni's

After serving up beats and bites at a special Kappa FuturFestival pop-up last weekend, Seth Troxler and DJ Tennis have announced the next course in their long-running creative partnership: a new Ibiza restaurant and bar called Seth and Manni's.

The long-time friends and collaborators have built careers around a shared love of music and food, guided by a belief in "Quality Always," a mantra now baked into their latest White Isle venture. While an opening date, location and menu remain under wraps, the pair say the doors will be opening very soon.

Announcing the project on Instagram, Troxler said: "I’ve been friends with Manfredi for many, many years now. Manni was the first person to book me in Italy many moons ago. He is a constant collaborator of mine due to our love of music, food and our belief in the shared mantra of 'Quality Always.'"

For anyone familiar with the pair, the move feels less like a left turn and more like the natural next chapter. While both have spent decades curating dancefloors around the world, food has long sat at the heart of their creative worlds. 

DJ Tennis is the founder of Munchietown, a long-running platform dedicated to the relationship between music, food and travel, spanning chef collaborations, intimate dining experiences, documentaries and more that celebrates the people and stories behind the plate.

Troxler, meanwhile, as well as being a frequent collaborator on Munchietown bills, also previously launched the much-loved Smokey Tails barbecue pop-up before opening a permanent home at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, bringing the family recipes and Midwestern barbecue he grew up with to London.
