After a huge opening weekend that saw Fatboy Slim return home for three unforgettable headline shows on the same Brighton Beach he saw 250,000 strong in 2002; On The Beach Brighton returns this weekend with three blockbuster shows. 

Taking over the iconic Beachfront from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th July, the seafront series welcomes two nights with ska-legends Madness, a homecoming reunion from indie royalty The Maccabees, and one of dance music's true pioneers, Moby, for his only UK show in 2026.

After the first show sold out in rapid time (but with resale still available on Skiddle), Madness added a second Brighton Beach date, meaning one of Britain's most beloved live bands headline the opening two nights of On The Beach's final weekend.

Expect timeless ska-pop classics including Our House, Baggy Trousers and It Must Be Love, alongside a handpicked selection of special guests including The Blockheads, The Selecter, Craig Charles, and The Beatles Dub Club, for what promises to be one giant seaside singalong.

Fresh from their long-awaited reunion, The Maccabees return home to Brighton to headline one of the city's biggest live music events of the summer. Joining them on the beach is a heavyweight supporting bill featuring Editors, Miles Kane, Anna Calvi, Ash, Badly Drawn Boy and Brighton's own Lime Garden, making for an all-day celebration of British indie against the backdrop of the Sussex coast.

Moby

When: Sunday 26th July 2026

The curtain comes down on On The Beach 2026 with a truly special performance from electronic music pioneer Moby, who returns to Brighton for his only UK show of 2026 and his first appearance in the city for more than 25 years and an outstanding supporting lineup featuring the luminary Max Cooper, as well as Logic1000, SWIM (DJ Set), Planningtorock (DJ Set with Live Vocals) and Miggs b2b Carter.
