 Festival season is well and truly over. That is until all the winter festivals get going! But as sad as it is to wave goodbye to the random fields that host our favourite artists, the good news is that all our favourite artists are kicking off tours! Some of which you might find tickets for right here…

This week we’ve got Sammy Virji spinning UKG, Bad Boy Chiller Crew’s tour, techno star Fionn Curran’s Scotland tour, Terminal V’s massive Halloween rave trilogy of events, Eat Your Own Ears with Skrillex at Warehouse Project, Hedex and A Little Sound, The Hunna, and more. It’s a stunning week for new events!

Detonate Presents: Sammy Virji 'Isn't It'

When: Thursday 5th October 2023

Where: Unit 13 in Nottingham

As part of his Isn't It tour, Sammy Virji is coming to Nottingham for a night of UK garage. 

Having already announced shows in London, Cardiff, Newcastle, and Bristol as part of the tour, Virji has finally announced he’s on his way to Notts! Arguably the biggest name in UKG and bassline right now, Virji is known for his distinctive feel-good sound and for playing at just about every festival under the sun. 

You may have heard his trucks Peach, Find My Way Home, Shella Verse, and Daga Da. If you like those, why not check out his show at Unit 13? The 750-capacity venue has loads of bus stops and a train station nearby, so it’s nice and easy to get to.

The Hunna

When: Friday 10th November 2023

Where: The Foundry in Torquay

Indie rock band The Hunna, known for tracks like She’s Casual, Bonfire, and Never Enough, are coming to Torquay for the first time ever. 

The band recently headlined The Key Cub stage at the beloved Slam Dunk Festival and released their single I Don’t Like You.. OK with Kelsy Karter & The Heroines, taken from their Untouched Hearts EP they released back in June.

Now the lads are ready to rock Torquay’s socks off for the first time. If you’re a fan of The Hunna, this one will be a super special moment.

Terminal V Halloween Trilogy

When: Friday 27th - Sunday 29th October 2023

Where: Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh

The god of all Halloween raves, Terminal V Halloween, returns with an epic trilogy of events over the spooky weekend

The Friday features Ben Hemsley, DJ Heartstring, KiNK (live), Big Miz, Courtesy, and Special Request. Saturday's is Nina Kraviz, I Hate Models, Pan-Pot, SPFDJ, Adiel, Faster Horses, and more. Finally, the Sunday brings blk., 9x9, Trym, Sara Landry, Aisha, Franck, and more.

WHP x Eat Your Own Ears presents

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

Curated by Skrillex, Eat Your Own Ears will feature performances from Skrillex, Four Tet + Peggy Gou, Sherelle, Interplanetary Criminal, HAAi, VTSS, Ben UFO, and more in the iconic warehouse.

If you aren’t familiar with Warehouse Project, it attracts the biggest and best names in electronic music and other genres including hip-hop, and buzzing attendees from all over the UK.

Other nights at WP23 include Camelphat, Black Coffee in the Concourse, Fuse, Music On, Repercussion, and more. Eat Your Own Ears has some huge names and brands to live up to but we know they’ll smash it just fine.

Leicester drum and bass fans! Do we have a rave for you…

Going down in November at O2 Academy, Hedex tops the bill with Eksman at this one, hitting the stage after A Little Sound, Tsuki, Zero, Simula, Lupo, and so many other belting artists with countless hard-hitting bangers up their sleeves. 

So not only do you have a huge name headlining, but loads of other smashing artists who have been making waves in the scene recently. 

The Beatswang team have promised all the good stuff the brand is known for - “fat sound systems,” wild production, and 2,000 other ravers right there with you, skanking until the sun rises.

Fionn Curran Scottish tour

When: Tour starts in Dundee on Friday 15th September and ends on Saturday 7th October in Edinburgh 

Where: Dundee, Aberdeen, Falkirk, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, in that order

One of Ireland's most rapidly rising stars in happy hardcore-inspired techno is coming to Scotland in September-October. It’s going to be massive!

Fionn Curran has been on people's watch for some time now, especially after the release of his 2022 EP Dream. Hailing from Galway, Curran has already dominated countless Irish shows, and festival slots in Scotland, England, Ibiza, and Magaluf. 

Showing no signs of slowing down, the DJ/producer is now coming to Scotland for some smashing raves at the best venues in each city.

ENRG x Wonder Pot Presents Krystal Klear

Where: 24 Kitchen Street in Liverpool

A cheeky little night of electronic and house music in one of Liverpool’s best little clubs? Don’t mind if we do! 

24 Kitchen Street is a dream. The 320-capacity venue hosts all sorts including music, art, poetry, and so much more. As such, it's a place that creatives in the city just can't get enough of. 

This October, the venue will welcome Ireland's Krystal Klear for a three-hour set. But to get you all warmed up and feeling the vibe, Australia’s Nikki Chong and Liverpool’s own Matica will get everyone on their feet.

The Game

When: Wednesday 13th December 2023

Where: The Foundry in Torquay

West Coast rapper, The Game, known for having one of the rawest voices on the scene, is coming to The Foundry in Torquay.

The Game, with tracks like Hate It Or Love It with 50 Cent, My Life, Ali Bomaye, and How We Do, is known for his constant releases since his 2005 debut The Documentary. Using autobiographical narratives, The Game, who hails from Compton, secured two Grammy nominations for his track Hate It Or Love It, which has also gained over 500,000,000 Spotify streams. 

The Game, who was also one of Dr. Dre’s protégés, brings his tunes to Torquay in December.

Circus & Hellbent present Cloonee, Beltran, Lopez IWF Liverpool

Where: Invisible Wind Factory in Liverpool

Circus, a brand that's been championing house and techno with events and its record label since 2002, brings a lineup of house and tech house to one of the best clubs in Liverpool this December. 

Invisible Wind Factory, a stunning ex-wind turbine factory with a capacity of around 1,200, will be going off thanks to performances from Cloonee, Beltran, and Lopez. Ravers will be two-stepping from 10 pm all the way up until 4 am.

Bad Boy Chiller Crew tour

When: Starts in Middlesbrough on Sunday 19th November and ends in Dundee on Monday 27th November 

Where: Middlesbrough, Northampton, Blackburn, Coventry, Motherwell, and Dundee, in that order 

If you haven't heard about Bad Boy Chiller Crew yet, where have you been? The Bradford lads embody their city in their sound, creating rap heavily inspired by bassline house and the music scene they grew up around. 

Their tracks like 450, BMW, Get Out My Head, and Don't You Worry About Me have earned them dozens of millions of views on YouTube and collabs with the likes of Tom Zanetti, Bugsy Malone, and French The Kid.
