There's no shortage of events to get your teeth stuck into this Autumn, nor does it seem there's set to be as we head towards the Winter and the fast-approaching New Year. Frightful Halloween events, explosive bonfire bonanzas, screenings of this year's Qatar World Cup and thousands of festive functions are popping up across the Skiddle site at an accelerated pace, all with tickets now on sale!

The Winter Renaissance Ball

When: Friday 9th December 2022

Where: Manchester Academy in Manchester

Celebrating all things Beyonce this December, JBM's Winter Renaissance Ball will see the magnificent 29-piece ensemble, The Elemental Orchestra take to the stage at Manchester's Academy 1 to perform special renditions of some of the pop icon's most celebrated records.

A musical phenomenon, Beyonce has been delivering smash hits to audiences worldwide since the early 90s, first appearing as part of one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, Destiny's Child. Fast forward to the present day, the American singer-songwriter and actress has achieved countless Billboard Number 1s, won 28 Grammy Awards and 26 MTV Video Music Awards, becoming the highest-earning black musician of all time.

Elrow Manchester at The Warehouse Project

When: Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th December 2022

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

International party specialists, Elrow land in the capital of Northern England this December, commandeering the city's largest warehouse space for a crazy club experience like no other. Introducing El Bowsque Encantado AKA The Enchanted Forest.

In partnership with seasonal club brand, The Warehouse Project, Elrow will deliver 10 hours of unparalleled entertainment, bustling with music, colour and happiness - all the essential ingredients which contribute to Elrow's unique brand of party. Expect huge performances from some of the best DJ names in the business combined with otherworldly decor and theatrical performers, at what will surely be Manchester's whackiest event in 2022.

Wax Format New Year's Day

When: Sunday 1st January 2023

Where: The Warehouse in Leeds

A well-known end-of-year event among the Leeds dance contingent, Wax Format's all-vinyl New Year's Day party returns on the first day of 2023, promising a soundtrack stocked with the finest of trance classics from the past four decades. 

Join The Thrillseekers, Signum, Andy Farley, Rob TisseraM.I.K.E PUSH and Ben Stevens, among others, as they travel back in time for a nostalgic dance experience, spinning the biggest anthems of the still hugely popular genre. 

Running from 4 pm until midnight at the close of January 1st, inside one of the city's most important rave spaces, The Warehouse, this extraordinary experience is one you can't afford to miss, should euphoric, high-tempo dance be your cup of tea.

WHP - DNB Allstars

When: Friday 9th - Saturday 10th December 2022

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

Far-reaching drum n bass collective, DNB Allstars, purveyors of the nation's most outlandish DNB raves, have announced plans to take over the Depot Mayfield warehouse on the second weekend of December.

Hosting a troupe of trailblazing producers on the night, those with tickets will be spoilt to live sets from superstar names including Ram Record boss, Andy C, Sub Focus, going back-to-back with Regal Records honcho, Dimension, A.M.C with Turno, Hedex and more.

Artists will appear in front of up to 10,000 skanking DNB fans, as they hijack the monstrous sound systems over three different arenas at the venue for the very first time. It's going to get wild.

House Masters Manchester

When: Saturday 17th December 2022

Where: Joshua Brooks in Manchester

Iconic clubbing institution, Manchester's Joshua Brooks will host a yuletide special the week before Christmas eve, as dance event brand House Masters bring two of the underground scene's most sought-after names to the city centre. 

Breaking the brand's Manchester cherry on Saturday 17th December, founder of House Masters, Mark Plumb will initially warm the crowds before cross-dressing 90s house legend, Jon Cooper AKA Jon Pleased Wimmin takes the reigns.

Towneley Park Tribute Festival

When: Sunday 20th August 2023 

Where: Towneley Park in Burnley

Following the resounding success of this summer's instalment, organisers behind Burnley's Towneley Tribute Festival have announced plans to return to the historic woodlands of the town's largest public park. 

This September's one-day event included a long list of renowned tribute acts paying homage to some of the world's greatest rock and indie acts, the likes of UB40 Experience, Wrong Jovi, Kings Of Lyon, True Order, Definitely Oasis and the Courtbetweeners.

BUDX FIFA Fan Festival London - England World Cup Screenings

When: Monday 21st - Tuesday 29th November 2022

Where: Outernet London

The latest entertainment district in England's capital, Outernet-London has teamed up with Budweiser to show the England football team's upcoming World Cup group fixtures on what are said to be the world's largest LED screens. 

The BUDX FIFA Fan Festival London will show all three of next month's games - England vs Iran on Monday 21st November, England vs USA on Friday 25th November and. England vs Wales on Tuesday 29th November - as the Lions strive to go on one better than they did in the Euro finals last year, bringing the coveted World Cup trophy back home for the first time since 1966.
