There's no doubting that bass music has become one of the most exciting genres at the moment, becoming ever more difficult to categorise with the genre taking in elements of techno, garage, house, dubstep and everything in between to create a genuinely thrilling melting pot of dance music's finest influences.

With labels like the super prolific Back Butter recordings leading the charge, it's artists like Woz that perpetually change up the formula and stay on the bleeding edge of dance music innovation.

Hailing from the evergreen underground scene fostered in Bristol, Woz explores bass music in a way that has not quite been heard before. With his productions gaining regular support from a wide range of artists such as Skream, Toddla T, Udachi, Foamo, Redlight, Monki, Roska, Gorgon City and Loefah, Woz has quickly asserted himself as a bass music provocateur with some serious skills.
