Bank holidays really are the best, aren’t they? We’ve had so many recently, we’ve been absolutely buzzing. But now, as we get back to normal, with the next bank holiday in August, we’ve got to keep those high spirits up. Naturally, we’re looking to the best new events to give us a hand…

We’ve got loads of very newly announced events so you can sign up for tickets and get in there early.

Some of what we’ve got this week is two UK Notion shows, Electric Dreams and The Ark at Glasgow’s RED Sky Bar, Orbital in Brighton, Eksman’s legendary birthday bash, a family-friendly festival in Kent, and more.

Eksman's Birthday Bash 2025

When: Saturday 2nd August 2025

Where: Electric Brixton in London

Expect: chaos, underground culture, huge DnB

MC Eksman hits up Electric Brixton in August for a massive birthday celebration. The legendary MC has held birthday bashes in the past, so there's plenty of evidence that it'll be hard as hell. If you love underground DJ and MC culture, this one’s for you. Sign up for tickets, which will drop on Friday 30th May.

Notion - World Tour - Glasgow

When: Thursday 6th November 2025

Where: Sub Club in Glasgow

Expect: multi-genre bass music, legendary club

Notion is heading out on tour, and this event at Sub Club will be his only Scottish date of the year. Operating in DnB, UKG, bassline, and similar genres, he’s a staple of the UK scene. Tickets go on sale on Friday 30th May.

And if you're in southern England, he’ll also be performing in London at HERE at Outernet.

Orbital - DJ Set

When: Saturday 5th July 2025

Where: The Concorde 2 in Brighton

Expect: legendary electronic group DJing in a legendary venue

Legendary electronic group Orbital comes to Brighton’s legendary Concorde 2. Two legends in one; what a time to be alive! The masterminds behind ‘Halcyon’ bring techno and electronic to the city with their DJ set that is certain to be incredible. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, so sign up below to receive a reminder.

Clubland Halloween Day Party

When: Saturday 25th October 2025

Where: The Nest in Nottingham

Expect: club classics, spooky vibes, early(ish) finish

Clubland is gearing up for the spooky season early by announcing a big ol’ Halloween party. The eerie day party will kick off at 4:30pm and run to 11pm, so you could fit in another party after if you wanted or sleep off that hangover. Tickets for this one go on sale on Friday 30th May; sign up to get in there early.

All Day Long - Over 30s Day Party At The Carriage Shed

When: Saturday 23rd August 2025

Where: Carriage Shed in Chester

Expect: cool open-air venue, acid house, early finish

K-Klass and Graeme Park play at All Day Long, bringing old skool acid house tunes. Kicking off early at 2pm and finishing at 9pm, so you can get home early and sleep off your hangover, this open-air day club goes down in a Grade II listed train carriage and is strictly over 30s. It’s going to be ace. Sign up to receive a reminder when tickets go on sale.

All Day Long - Over 30s Day Party With Tall Paul

When: Saturday 4th October 2025

Where: Tramshed in Cardiff

Expect: DJ legend, ravers 30+, early finish

All Day Long brings us another party for the over-30s, this time headlined by Tall Paul. Taking over the beloved Tramshed, ravers will flood the venue from 2pm until 8pm, meaning you can get home early and enjoy your Sunday. Going on sale on Friday 30th May, sign up for tickets below.

Electric Dreams ft Jon Mancini & Michael Kilkie

When: Friday 29th August 2025

Where: Radisson Red in Glasgow

Expect: outdoor rooftop party, old skool house, acid, rave

Electric Dreams returns for a belting rooftop party where Kilkie and Mancini go B2B for six hours outside on the terrace until the sun sets. Heather Kane will also perform, doing a live vocal PA as she plays club classics. Going on sale on Thursday 29th, sign up to be the first in the queue.

The Ark ft Simon Foy, Duncan Reid & Marianne

When: Friday 1st August 2025

Where: Radisson Red in Glasgow

Expect: outdoor rooftop party, nostalgia, house and acid house

Another one at the RED Sky Bar, The Ark, the flagship Friday night from Scottish superclub The Tunnel, returns. For this one, they’ve got Ark promoters and Bar Two residents Simon Foy and Duncan Reid, plus Marianne. You can grab tickets for this one on Friday.

Colette Saturdays Presents: Evolve W/ KRN (The Ghost)

When: Saturday 5th July 2025

Where: Club Colette in Birmingham

Expect: 90s UK and Chicago house, intimate vibes, electronic

New Birmingham club, Club Colette, opened just a few months back. Focusing on intimacy, the club brings electronic music from special guest KRN, a resident at Berlin's Ghost parties. He’ll be joined by Tom Craven and Lopaski until 4am.

Becksfest 2025

When: Saturday 5th - Sunday 6th July 2025

Where: Beck Evans Farm in Sidcup

Expect: family fest, pop and dance music, tributes

This two-day family-friendly fest comes to Kent, seeing tributes to Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Oasis, Dua Lipa, Adele, ABBA, and more. There'll also be a dance tent for the adults who need a boogie. There'll also be cocktail bars, street food, and a free kids' fun fair.
