Paws & Breathe
When: Saturdays and Sundays from 18th - 26th November 2023
Where: Stoer Studio in Birmingham
While we love a rave, gig, and festival at Skiddle, that’s not all we’re about. These puppy yoga events are here to get you super relaxed with the help of playtime with some of the most adorable puppies you’ll ever meet.
We all know yoga is good for us, improving strength, and helping with stress and good sleep, but hanging out with dogs is brilliant for us too, reducing stress and making us feel good with their fluffy coats and puppy eyes. With Paws & Breathe, you’ll do 20 minutes of yoga with qualified instructors, followed by half an hour of playtime with your new furry friends. Heaven.
