FLY Open Air have just announced their return to Princes Street Gardens in Edinburgh this year, following the success of their 10th Edition festival at Hopetoun House last weekend. The epic FLY event will welcome 8,000 people across two days to the UNESCO Heritage site under Edinburgh Castle for a groovy celebration of dance music on the 16-17th September.
Expect to see The Ross Bandstand in the Gardens come alive in a perpetual groove, as FLY are known for curating sensational lineups, packed with the very best in house and techno, all ready and raring to get you moving.
The venue has been a city amphitheatre used for shows and concerts since 1877, with FLY first delivering their festival there in 2016. One of FLY’s core missions is to champion young local talent through the festival and a large number of Scottish acts have earned their stripes at FLY going on to become global stars in dance music, such as Denis Sulta and LF System.
The highly anticipated lineup for September hasn’t yet been released, but previously FLY Open Air has hosted Palms Trax, Job Jobse, FJAAK, and Folamour among other artists at the venue.
However, despite lineups not being announced, tickets are now live, and if this is anything close to FLY's other events (which we're certain it will be), then you don't need a lineup to know it's going to be a wicked weekend. Payment plan tickets, as well as weekend and day tickets, are all available now, right here on Skiddle!
