Salut Wines

A new way to enjoy wine! Salut is a wine shop but not as you know it, it’s a wine bar but there’s nowhere else like it. We have over 300 different wines to choose off the shelf to take home or drink in, and over 40 of them are available by the glass. And because we’re independent, every one of them has been chosen by us. Our state-of-the-art Enomatic machines mean that every glass you try will be as fresh as the moment it was uncorked. As well as standard serving sizes there is a smaller 50ml tasting measure. At last, a wine bar where you can choose exactly which wine you want, and the size you want, even when you all want something different. We’re delighted that independent wine educator Stephen Rosser will be hosting his courses at Salut to give you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge or to go further and gain industry-recognised WSET wine qualifications. We’re also proud to have teamed up with North Star Delicatessen, a local family business which shares our commitment to quality, to offer a range of wine-friendly foods.
