Damnation Festival

Damnation Festival takes place at Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester, M17 1SN.

Damnation Festival is on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November.

Damnation is a 14+ event. Those aged 14-17 must be accompanied by a person aged over 18 to gain admittance to the venue. Valid photo ID may be required.

Doors at Damnation Festival are at 11am, first acts at midday.

There is no parking on site at Damnation Festival. The venue car park is used to house food vendors, our merch tent and some chill out space. The little parking that remains is used to park up the crew and artists working across the day.

The Bowlers Exhibition Centre is located in a large industrial estate and there is plenty of parking found on the streets around the venue. Alternatively the Metrolink Park & Ride is only a 5 minute walk away from the venue.

Yes, the Damnation Festival venue is fully wheelchair accessible. The rooms are generally on flat surfaces. The internal floors have recently been refurbished and are newly painted with anti-slip surfaces throughout. Where there are some steps, the rooms also have wheelchair accessible ramps to negotiate the different heights.

There is a wheelchair accessible toilet, and for those who may have access to the upstairs Cantina bar, this is serviced by a lift. 

Those with a registered disability can be provided with a free carers ticket. Fill out the at https://www.damnationfestival.co.uk/accessibility. Carer’s tickets are generally issued in September each year, but applications are taken all year around. 

Yes, there are viewing platforms at all three stages at Damnation Festival. These are operated on a first come first serve basis. Those who are in wheelchairs are given priority. In the event that the platforms are full, attendees are asked to be mindful of the needs of others. If you are there with a carer/PA and they are able enough to stand on the ground level, it is asked that they do so to provide additional space for those who may need it.
