Mint Festival 2027

Mint Festival takes place Saturday 1st - Sunday 2nd May 2027.

Mint Festival is located at Newsam Green Farm in Leeds around 6 miles from Leeds city centre. It takes about 20 minutes from the city centre by bus or car. The postcode is LS15 9AD.

By Car - The quickest route from Leeds city centre is via the A63.

By Shuttle - Shuttle buses normally run on the days of the event, these will take you from Leeds City Centre to the festival site. Pick-up locations and running times are yet to be announced.

By Bus - The 167, 168 and 175 take you to the closest bus stops to the Mint Festival site.

By Rail - There are regular trains from Leeds city centre to Newsham Green via NORTHERN trains.

Unfortunately, a refund can’t be issued if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, it is advised you pass on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Mint Festival. You may be asked to show photo ID.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into Mint Festival. There will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival, serving up organic, vegetarian and vegan options.

There are no trains to Mint Festival. You can get a shuttle bus from Leeds city centre or taxi.

Mint Festival does not reserve an allocation of tickets for accessible customers. Once tickets are sold out, they are sold out.

If you qualify for a PA to attend Mint Festival with you, you should buy a ticket for yourself and complete the access requirement form. You do not need to buy a ticket for the personal assistant, however if you do not qualify for a PA and tickets have sold out you will not be able to buy an additional ticket.

Accessible car parking is on offer at Mint Festival, as are personal assistant tickets and disabled toilets.

Automatic qualification applies to those able to supply the following

- documentation dated within the past 12 months or with valid date covering

The Event:

- Front page of DLA letter with PIP letter
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
- Blue badge accompanied by driver’s license photo card and/or
- passport photo page
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- I am unable to provide any of the above

We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to apply for particular access facilities you will need to complete the application form and provide a statement and supporting evidence. These applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
