I purchased the tick*ts for my daughter and grandson (age 5 1/2)  and their friends...unfortunately they were disappointed by the experience and said they wouldn't attend another k-pop event.  My daughter said lots of people, including them left early as it wasn't as enjoyable as expected.

Review of K-POP VS POP QUEENS - Kingston

Sound kept going on the microphone there was 4 k pop not 3  they was wearing the wrong outfit colours was even right was very disappointing

I think the high prices for parents and lack of communication on the day soured our experience. Why would you have huntrix in room 2 (a small stage which suffered from huge crowding problems) and not the main stage? But also - why would you not tell anyone they were there?! I only found out by accident but for most kids they were the main event! Very frustrating.

All-round great event, organised to cater for tick*t holders.

We were looking so forward to the concert and was mostly disappointed. It was clear that a lot of people left mid way through and can only assume for similar reasons. 

1. The target age group was 5-10 year olds, and since every child was accompanied by an adult, if you didn't get front row on the stage or a balcony, there was no chance your child was seeing the show. We did manage to get a spot on the railing but the inflatables and bunting did obscure the view. The amount of young children sitting and leaning over railings was alarming, not sure who was in charge of health and safety. 

2. The music selection was poor, choosing songs that 5 years would not know. Also referencing tik tok songs and dances that again they would not know. 

3. As mentioned, venue was poor for age group. Tiny stage and there were not sufficient places for kids to actual see the show. Gave some prime positions in the seating area to vendors selling merchandise, which could have been used for tick*t holders. 

4. I thought the price was ok initially but not if you can't see the show. 

5. Atmosphere was vibey and looked cute on arrival but poorly placed decor limited already limited viewing areas.

Overall, I would not recommend or go back. The acts themselves were talented with the exception of the squeaky "Sabrina carpenter" part of the show. The DJ would have been ok too if he had selected songs the kids knew and could sing along to. Venue poor! Health and safety definitely suspect. I would expect some level of compensation if this is being viewed by organisers.
