The Flapper is one of the leading independent live music venues and pubs situated in Birmingham City Centre, labelled by NME as �the epicentre of Birminghams Indie scene�. Situated inbetween the ICC and the NIA on Kingston Row. The picturesque canal side pub offers you two floors of entertainment 7 days a week. We offer a wide selection of beer, wines and spirits including a seasonal collection of real cask ales.
