New venue Dahlia Stereo to open in Manchester's Northern Quarter this week

From the creative minds behind Ramona and Firehouse, Dahlia Stereo, the intimate new late-night venue, opens in Manchester's Northern Quarter on Thursday 10th October, with launch parties stretching over the weekend featuring Gilles Peterson, Rich Reason and more. 

Dahlia Stereo brings a new concept to Manchester, spanning two floors and combining three smaller projects. Barbacoa Cósmica, their high-quality, flavour-focused grill kitchen, serving open-fired steaks, tacos and ceviche, bringing the flavours of Latin American and Southern barbecue to Manchester.

Aside from the dining, Bar Más Bonita, their tequila and mezcal bar, and the intimate main venue, Dahlia Stereo, look to create an "immersive and intimate party of the highest possible calibre". With a 250 capacity, this place puts experience first, prioritising sound, intimacy and quality rather than numbers.

Music programmers Jonjo Williams (Maribou State) and Rich Reason (DJ) know what they're doing. With a particularly stacked list of DJs over opening weekend, make sure to get down early and secure your spot.
