In what has to be considered as one of the most ambitious raves of the year, Westfest bring together a storm of acts from all walks of dance music to line Bath and West Showground with something for pretty much any rave fiend on the planet come Saturday October 25th.

The main stage is packed to the rafters with neck breaking talent from pastures old and new (get a feel for it below), largely dominated by a plethora of drum and bass vanguards such as DJ Hype accompanied by MC IC3, Hazard with Skibadee and Shabba D and Friction arriving with revered MC, Eksman

Flaunting his undoubted ability to thread bars together over a drum and bass beat is Harry Shotta (catch his interview with us here), Slippmatt and Billy Bunter add a new dimension to the line up and Cally and Juice make their last ever Westfest appearance. Longstanding breakbeat legend Darren Styles is another must see.

A further instalment of drum and bass comes in the form of Bath native Danny Byrd with Dynamite MC (check them out below), Mampi Swift, Sub Zero, Nicky Blackmarket, with a monumental 25th anniversary set from Fabio and Grooverider

Hard lined ravers will be well served by Hardcore Heaven with the G show taking centre stage, made up of Ben Extreme, Rescue, Outforce and the High Rollerz. Elsewhere Radio 1 DJ, Kutski gets involved with Vibes & Live Lee playing 20 years of classics.

Bionic leads the hardstyle dealings with Dirtyworkz duo Da Tweekaz hitting the controls, with Scope DJ, Francesco Zeto and Jim Noizier flying in from the continent, and on top of that Alex Kidd and legendary producer Mark EG keeping the crowd reaching for the lasers.

Garage enthusiasts are treated to the legend that is Artful Dodger, Matt Jam Lamont, Pied Piper, Scott Garcia, DJ Cartier and Spin EB with some added zest from MC KIE, DT, Sharky P, B Live & Dappa.

Rounding off a packed solid festival of rave, Twisted's Darkside pluck up a hefty bill of killer gabber and Hardcore techno acts led by Anime back to back with Amada, Igneon System, Destructive Tendencies, all aiming to reap devastation upon the dance floor in this clubbers free-for-all. Grab your tickets here.
