We're fast approaching the end of 2015, the clubbing announcements are picking up pace and plans are already being scheduled for Boxing Day and New Year's Eve and Day. With that in mind, we've dedicated our last two Weekends Matter podcasts of the year to the best events taking place throughout the last two months.
Weekends Matter November 2015 - Guest Mix Greg Wilson by Skiddle on Mixcloud
Our November end of year special includes brand new music from the likes of Bodhi, who host their own 'Roots' night at The Nest in November and Denney who is joining Hot Since 82 for his Knee Deep In Sound tour. With that tour landing at most major UK cities, we thought it would be fitting to feature Hot Since 82's latest track 'Veins', which is doing the rounds in clubs around the country currently.
We've also looked ahead to NYE and the Defected party at Ministry of Sound. One artist that has had a hugely successful year and that is set to play is Purple Disco Machine. We've included his mega remix of Juan MacLean's 'A Simple Design'.
Our guest mix comes from Greg Wilson, who is celebrating a consequential milestone in December - 40 years in the music industry. Along with that anniversary event which will take place at The Garage in Liverpool for Freeze on 5th December, Greg is also playing at the infamous End Of Year Riot in Manchester on 27th December.
The disco edits don is also gearing for the release of his multi-media label Super Weird Substance's first album release on 13th November. Check out our interview with Greg Wilson to find out more about the label's influences.
