The South London independant label has, since 1996, been one of the front runners of the drum 'n' bass scene, hooking in a roster that reads like a who’s who of the genre. After recently winning the best label title at the Drum ‘n’ Bass Arena Awards, Hospital is finally gaining the accolades to go along with its reputation. Some of the major players on the genre defining label will also be heading up Chibuku’s latest installment, for a night of bone rattling drum 'n' bass goodness.
High Contrast - Spectrum Analyser
At the top of the order is Lincoln Barrett, AKA High Contrast. Starting out his producing career almost 13 years ago, he broke out of beyond the world of Drum & Bass with his Radio One Essential Mix in 2007, Pete Tong naming it his mix of the year. With nine albums under his belt and a touring schedule that just seems to keep getting busier, High Contrast’s liquid funk and turbo fuelled liquid grooves continues to grow and evolve, stealing the show everywhere from Coachella to Fabric.
Camo & Crooked - All Night
He will be joined by Austria’s leading lights of d’n’b Camo & Krooked, liquid fiends Fred V & Grafix, winner of radio 1xtra’s best breakthrough DJ Cyantific and Hospital new boy Metrik, for a label showcase that has drum ‘n’ bass fans chomping at the bit.
