Aberdeen's Let It Bleed have lined up some stellar events set to take place at Unit 51, with some of the biggest names in the industry.
The venue, which only opened last year, has already welcomed a multitude of top names to the decks, including Ben Pearce, Skream, Kolsch and Artwork.
After kicking off with house don Curtis Jones’ creation, Green Velvet, the curators team up with Nothing More To Say to form a power couple of a party with Dekmantel Soundsystem. Featured in our intimate parties inspire me, the night promises to fuse disco, house and techno. The brains behind the Amsterdam powerhouse are known for their ability to perfectly read the crowd and, as you'd expect from the Dekmantel crew, are nothing short of master party starters.
On Saturday 23rd September, American DJ Jeff Mills will drop by the venue. A true pioneer of Detroit techno, he was the inspiration behind the one and only collective, Underground Resistance, he's well-known for his eclectic taste and knowledge of most genres of dance music.
Finally, no other than Leftfield concludes the string of dates with a highly-anticipated DJ set. Leftfield have been at the cutting edge of dance music since the 1990s, releasing albums that have become some of the most influential electronic records of all time with their debut LP Leftism being widely regarded as one of the most boundary-pushing electronic LPs ever.
In 2010, Neil Barnes reignited the Leftfield name and went on to release a new album (Alternative Light Source) as well as touring the world as a top-tier DJ and record collector.
