Big Daddy Kane embarks on UK Tour

Grammy award-winning American rapper Big Daddy Kane is to embark on a UK tour covering various locations including Norwich, Bristol and Leicester. Widely regarded as one of the greatest emcees of all time, he was an influence on the likes of Notorious B.I.G and 2pac and famously gave Jay-Z early support, taking him on tour during the early 90s.

He first came to prominence as part of legendary rap group the Juice Crew, and has been behind a plethora of hits such as 'Raw', 'Set if Off' and  'Pimpin' Ain't Easy', the latter taken from his critically acclaimed 1989 LP It's a Big Daddy Thing. They form part of an impressively huge discography, with a list of collaborators that reads like a history of classic hip hop.
