There's also the super chilled out The West Room with a lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff, ideal for a long boozy drinking date.
If pubs are more your thing, the Peartree Hotel is undoubtedly a highlight, and one of the few bars with a beer garden, so if the sun makes an appearance, be sure to head down! For combined drinking and eating, The Caley Sample Room is essential, with its impressive selection of local ales and sumptuous grub, which in 2010 earned it a nomination from The Scottish Restaurant Awards.
