Nc’Nean Cask Strength

This is the signature organic recipe presented in its most natural, robust form. Crafted from rich Scottish barley with gentle distillation, it is matured in red wine, American whiskey, and sherry casks to preserve its delicate fruitiness while amplifying its trademark body and sweetness.

Quiet Rebel Simon 

Crafted by beer fanatic and warehouse steward Simon in partnership with Innis & Gunn, this expression is finished in stout casks that previously held Nc’Nean whisky. The result is a buttery, chocolatey dram with a hint of baking spices that brings a full-circle finish to the cask exploration.

Malted Teacake

The fifth release in the experimental Huntress series showcases a unique fermentation process using a Belgian-style ale yeast rarely seen in Scotch whisky. Matured in house-style casks, it delivers a buttery, jammy profile with a touch of minerality and distinct notes of buttered toast and fig marmalade.

Quiet Rebel Matthew (Manzanilla Cask)

Designed by blender Matthew to celebrate his love of dry sherry, this expression uses Manzanilla hogsheads seasoned for 24 months. Blended with Bourbon and a touch of Oloroso casks, it offers a sweet, salty, and texturally rich whisky packed with flavours of popcorn, pineapple cake, and toasted hazelnut.
