My daughter is autistic, the concert starting an hour late was absolutely shocking, once the concert started there wasn't that many K-pop songs played never again will I go to this concert, I had to take my daughter out, she couldn't stay for the full concert

Overpriced for adult tick*t.....only there to support/care/responsible for child

Street food vendors were advertised. Only a candy floss and popcorn stall (floss in ready to sell buckets) and hotdogs available at the bar. Nothing else other than crisps. An entertainer on stilts - saw him once in the crowd and once on stage, and another entertainer all lit up -  again saw him once in the crowd and once on stage. Couldn't hear the girl who was getting the crown revved up properly. A lot of money making in addition to tickets, as expected but was incredibly disappointed. Nowhere to leave coats. Bags not checked on entrance. Far too many adults were at the front of the stage so kids couldn't see. Told not allowed to put the child on shoulders to see, despite being at the side of the dance floor, not blocking anyone's view and not dancing with said child on shoulders. Apparently health and safety, even though kids were dancing on tables and the stairs were completely BLOCKED by people sitting/standing to get a view of the stage. More thought, and this could've been a great event. 

I took two of our girls to watch K-pop and they loved it. The music and the atmosphere was really good. I did think the prices were a little too high and think £15 is plenty as it's mainly for children and if you've got a few children (we've got four) it can be very expensive if you're paying £30 a tick*t. A few of my friends said they couldn't afford to take their children. If all of our children wanted to go then I wouldn't have been able to take them.

Not what was expected. Like caravan park entertainment, but much more expensive

I bought these tick*ts for me and partner to take my son we where there 1 an half hours and he wanted to leave!!! didnt feel it was as good as it could have been more entertainment for the kids for free!!! The stuff that was being sold was at a high price, cowboys outside selling s**t toys
