Review of DJ EZ, MPH & MORE 360 LAST 100 TICKET| Groovebox at SY Sheffield

Poor drink selection, lack of toilets and overpriced food and limited options. Crowd and music were great. But so disappointed and angry to see the inclusion of the female stilt dancers. In 2026, it felt incredibly dated and tacky to see half-naked women used as "eye candy" for a male audience. The performers didn't seem to have a choreographed routine, and the total lack of gender balance made the environment feel exclusionary toward women in the crowd.
I attended with my partner to enjoy the live music, but the production felt like a step backward into a "boys' club" aesthetic that overshadowed the actual performance. It is frustrating to see a legendary act like Groove Armada lean on these tired tropes rather than creating an inclusive, high-quality visual show.
I hope you'll consider this for future events. As a fan, I'd love to see the focus return to the music and a stage presence that respects all members of the audience.

Great venue, music was amazing, great selection of drinks available and good vibes from everyone there.

Groove Armada were excellent as ever. Great venue if you get decent weather. Really reasonable bar prices.
