There is no floor staff to clean away the empty bottles and glasses ALSO nobody attending the toilets for a clean and check on lack of toilet roll. The ladies toilet radiator needs fixing/ putting on as that calor gas heater is unsuitable and a health and safety hazard. Cold in the bar and kitchen areas. This is an ongoing and increasing complaint, please sort out the heating for winter.
