Review of The Sheffield Reggae Festival

Amazing atmosphere  amazing people amazing acts general levy is  an absolute LEGEND! My only thing is that I didn’t get a picture with him lol . Can’t wait for the next one x

There was no event.... Scam nearlly £90 in tickets.. Want a refund!! 

The event got off to a bad start as the venue attached to my ticket was not actually where the festival was. Apparently it had been moved but ticket had not been updates so only found the function by chance
 The music was moving towards a strange jungle kind of sound but nowhere near to the same level. For an older audience this really is not the function to be at. There was no food as advertised, the sound quality (microphones) was poor and cut out a couple of times. There was no compere so the event felt disjointed. On going to a similar function in Milton Keynes which had proper organisation, this felt like I had been cheated although to be fair the price was reasonable for all the acts involved. The whole thing was poor and is very unlikely I'd come to another in Sheffield if the set up is the same.
